I'm a 3D Modelling and Texturing artist from Winnipeg, MB. (aka the middle of Canada) and former Texturing Lead and onboarding trainer for Tangent Animation.
Projects include the Netflix Original "Next Gen", and the recently released "Maya and the Three."
While my true passion is environment art for games, my animation experience has given me the opportunity to explore all areas of the field that interest me.
For Maya and the Three, an Netflix animated epic straight out of the mind of Jorge Gutierrez, I filled the role of Senior Character Artist. In addition to surfacing principle characters for the show, I was responsible for training and mentoring our character team, as well as developing our overall Texturing and Surfacing pipeline.
I worked frequently with our TD's and dev team to tackle technical hurdles and build tools, in addition to supporting an awesome Surfacing team to deliver great assets.
Environments or Characters, Animation or Game Development- ultimately what matters to me is the art, the team and creating the best stories and results possible.
